Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the OffRamp REI product (the "Service"), operated by America Home Restoration LLC ("AHR," "we," "us," or "our"). It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe.

1. Free tier

The Free plan (up to 100 property lookups per month) is free and does not require a payment method, so no charges and no refunds apply.

2. Monthly subscriptions (Pro — $149/month)

• You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops your next renewal charge; your Pro access continues through the end of the month you have already paid for.
• We do not provide partial-month or prorated refunds for the current billing period. Because you can cancel before each renewal and the Service is available to you throughout the period, monthly fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Annual subscriptions (Pro — $1,490/year)

• 14-day refund window on your first annual purchase. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund of your first annual payment within 14 days of that purchase by emailing us. After the 14-day window, the annual term is non-refundable.
• Renewals. Annual renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next annual charge; your access continues through the end of the annual term you have already paid for.
• The 14-day refund applies to a first-time annual purchase only and does not apply to renewals or to accounts that have previously received a refund.

4. Skip-traces & metered usage

Skip-trace credits and other metered or consumable usage are non-refundable once consumed. Each skip-trace is a live, paid data retrieval delivered to you and cannot be reversed. This includes skip-traces within your included monthly allotment and any overage skip-traces billed above your plan's included amount. Unused included allotments do not roll over and are not refundable or transferable.

5. Founding-member & promotional pricing

If you subscribed at a founding-member or other promotional price, that price is locked according to the plan terms presented when you subscribed, for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Cancelling or letting the subscription lapse may forfeit promotional pricing, and re-subscribing may be at the then-current standard rate. Promotional pricing does not change the refund rules above.

6. How to cancel or request a refund

To cancel your subscription or request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or use the self-serve billing portal where available). Please include your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we will work to resolve it promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and apply to purchases made after the change.
