This Privacy Policy explains how America Home Restoration LLC ("AHR," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the OffRamp REI website, applications, and product (the "Service"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information. By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect from you

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the markets or states you're interested in when you register or contact us.
• Sign-in information: if you sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google or Apple), we receive basic profile details (such as your name and email) to create and secure your account. We do not receive your password with that provider.
• Payment information: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card and billing details directly. We receive only limited billing data (such as the last four digits of your card, card type, billing country, and subscription status) — we do not store your full card number.
• Usage information: technical data collected automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, searches run, features used, and lookup/skip-trace counts, used to operate, secure, meter, and improve the Service.
• Content you provide: property records, saved searches, tags, notes, and deal data you enter or save within the product.

2. Property & owner data we surface (and its sources)

The Service lets you look up property information — including public-record property details, estimated equity and mortgage data, and pre-foreclosure, foreclosure-auction, and probate data — and, on paid plans, skip-traced owner contact information (such as phone numbers and email addresses). This information is compiled from public records and licensed third-party data providers.

We provide this information to you solely for permissible, lawful business purposes. This data is NOT a consumer report and may NOT be used for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — including decisions about credit, employment, insurance, or housing/tenant eligibility. Your use of this data is also governed by our Terms of Service.

If you are an individual whose information appeared through the Service and you would like to request access to, correction of, or removal of that information, email [email protected]. We will process your request consistent with applicable law and our data providers' rules; note that certain information sourced from public records may remain available at its original source.

3. How we use information

• To create and manage your account, authenticate you, and provide the Service and its features.
• To process payments, meter usage, and bill for subscriptions and overage through Stripe.
• To send transactional messages (such as account, billing, security, and sign-up confirmations) and, where you have opted in, product and educational updates.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service, enforce our Terms and usage limits, and detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand how the Service is used. We may use analytics tools to collect aggregated usage data that helps us improve the product. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers: vendors who help us operate the business — such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting, email delivery, analytics, and data providers — who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
• Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AHR, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and usage information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained longer.

7. How we secure information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — such as encryption in transit, access controls, and reliance on reputable processors like Stripe — designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights & choices

• Access, correction & deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected].
• Marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing or educational emails via the link in any such message. We will still send necessary transactional messages.
• Subscription & payment. You can manage or cancel your subscription and payment method as described in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

9. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information and do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. 10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
